Stratojet Chronos
===================
The Stratojet Chronos is an extremely fast business jet. It can fly at mach 3.5 over long distances AND is capable to land on and take of from very short runways too!

This version has been created only for FS2004. It is probably not compatible with previous FS-versions.

Important information's about the custom gauges:
-----------------------------------------------
Please read the "Manual for Stratojet Chronos.html".
It contains additional information's about the gauges and the airplane.

Installation and usage:
-----------------------
Unzip the files into a temp folder.

Copy the file “GaugeSound.dll” into your main FS9 folder or / and into your windows\system 32 folder.
Copy the "Chronos" folder with the subfolders into your FS2004\Aircraft folder.
Copy the gauges from the "gauge" folder with the subfolders into the FS2004\Gauges folder.
Copy the sound files from the "sound" folder into the FS2004\sound folder (NOT the aircraft\sound folder!!).
Copy the effect files from the "effects" folder into the FS2004\effects folder.
Copy the texture folder (NOT only the files!!!!) into your FS2004\effects folder.

Emails with complaints resulting from an incorrect installation will not be answered!!

This plane was tested with FS2004 only and probably only works correctly with this version.
I used a Pentium 4 3.8 and a Radeon X850XT PE graphic card. I don't know if
the frame rate is correct with a slower machine.
I used a resolution of 1280x1024 and the FS2004 running in "window" mode (maximized).
The joystick i used is not a force feedback so i can not set the forces correctly!

Notes:
------
This plane contains no virtual cabin because this plane is extremely fast andyou can fly this high speeds
already at very low altitudes. To make the plane flyable convenabely in these conditions, it must have a
very good framerate. To obtain goo d framerates, the model must have a lowest possible number of polygons.
Because a virtual cabin has much polygons and it is not realy important (my opinion) i created no virtual
cabin...

The soundfiles are mixed up by myself.

The pilot and passenger models are from David Eckert (webmaster@daviator.com, www.daviator.com) freeware
The Seat model is from Brian Gladden.

The custom gauges are intended to be use at a resolution of 1280x1024 and the FS2004 running in "window" mode (maximized).
For details about this see the joined screenshots...
They are still beta-versions and not tested in all possible situations...
If you encounter problems or bugs please send me an e-mail (with exception for the autopilot...).
